
SPOKANE, Wash. — Riverfront Spokane and Providence Health are once again teaming up to present “Riverfront Moves,” a free exercise series featuring programs by local fitness studios.
On Thursday, you can head over to the Blue Howard Street Bridge for “Barre on the Bridge.” The event is from 7 to 8 p.m. and offers a free barre class, which can help strengthen your body with emphasis on core stability and balance.
The class is welcome to all levels, from novice to experienced fitness enthusiasts.
Also, Eclipse Power Yoga is hosting a free yoga class at the Pavilion on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.
