RUMFORD — A dozen gals Wednesday participated in the 29th once-a-year Nationwide Senior Health and fitness & Health and fitness Day, the nation’s premier older adult overall health and wellness event.
The women of all ages did a just one-mile walk at the Hosmer Elaborate, signing up for much more than 100,000 anticipated to take part at 1,000-moreover locations throughout the state, according to the Countrywide Senior Wellbeing & Fitness Day web page.
